...Empowerment and Enlightenment of Womanhood
As part of the International Yoga Day celebrations, Yogi Mahila Kendra had arranged a Yoga session at Ahmedabad between 9:00 am & 10:00 am on Friday, the 21st June 2019. In which, around 30 ladies had participated from Ahmedabad where they got the practical training of yoga and learnt about basic principles of maintaining good and proper health.
Yogi Divine Society Haridham-Sokhada Women Wing Yogi Mahila Kendra roots Yoga to experience Harmony of Mind, Body & Soul through out the Life. A 11 year old "VARNI MORE" from Ankleshwar is one of the many who is inspired to make YOGA in her routine.
As part of the International Yoga Day celebrations, A yoga program has been organized by yogi mahila kendra at Amalsad on 21-06-2019. Total 20 yuvatis in amalsad took participated in the event. This programme is celebrated under the guidelines of yoga guru Bhaviniben and Binaben.
