Yogi Mahila Kendra and Shri M & N Virani Science College, Rajkot’s “Awake - Atmiya Women's Association for Knowledge Empowerment” both had jointly organized in the college’s auditorium an awareness seminar on Saturday, the 25th April 2015 on account of “World Malaria Day” which was participated by around 150 women and 25 gents.

Since the year 2013, the 25th April is being observed as “World Malaria Day”. On account of this, an open general meeting was organized at 2 pm on Saturday, the 25th April 2015 in Harisumiran Hall, Gabheni by Gabheni Mandal of Sunrut Pradesh under Yogi Mahila Kendra to develop and spread awareness about this disease among the general public. Around 80 girls and women from the surrounding 5 villages like Gabheni, Jiyav, Bidiya, Dundi and Unn had participated in the meeting and obtained valuable guidance on the subject.

On account of “World Malaria Day”, Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had organized a meeting of women on 25/4/2015 at Dabhoi in the presence of regional saint sister of Krishnaji Pradesh sadhvi P. Smitben to develop awareness in ladies about the disease of Malaria in which, around 50 women from Dabhoi and its surrounding villages had participated .

To celebrate the International Yoga Day, the girls and ladies had organized, through Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, a program in Sanskardham Society at Ganadevi on Sunday, the 21st June 2015 in which, around 30 local girls and women participated to acquire basics and preliminary training of Suryanamaskar, Pranayam and Yogasan and basic principles of maintaining good health from experts in the field.

On Sunday, the 21st June 2015, Yogi Mahila Kendra had organized the celebration of International Yoga Day in Parsipani, New Jersey, U.S.A. in which, around 60 girls/ladies had participated and had received the preliminary training of Suryanamaskars, Pranayams and Yogasans and had got the knowledge about basic principles of maintaining good health from the expert in Yogas Ms. Sarlaben Patel. Thus, the work of advertising and spreading the Vaidic Indian Knowledge was done even on foreign soil .

On Friday, the 3rd July 2015, Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had organized a shibir for Aerobic Yoga between 5.30 pm & 7.00 pm in the evening in Sharda Mandir School at Nadiad where, Smt. Bhaviniben Thakar had presented a new technique of mixing yoga with music in present day life full of heavy rush everywhere in which, around 25 ladies had participated and taken the best advantage of it.

On Sunday, the 16th Aug 2015, a blood donation camp, with the assistance of volunteers from the local region and the guidance from the organizers and the doctors of the institution was successfully organized and conducted in the vast assembly hall of Ajod Primary School at Ajod by Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada. 50 donors had donated their blood at this camp and had contributed their share in this work of benevolence .
