A lecture with practical demonstration on “Healthy Life Style” by Dr. Rasilaben Patel was organized by Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada on Sunday, the 1st Jan 2017 in the presence of regional sadhvi sisters P. Sahjikben and P. Subodhben at Yogidham, Rajkot in which, around 300 ladies remained present and had learnt as to how to stay healthy by simply taking proper diet/food.

A practical demonstration to cure the pain in the spinal cord and on the knees through the physiotherapy treatment was made by Dr. Asmitaben Kharwa in the Assembly Hall of Sarvanaman Vidya Mandir at Bharuch on Sunday, the 18th Dec 2016 in a program organized by Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada in the presence of the regional sadhvi sisters P. Sahajben and P. Sarvajitben in which, around 115 ladies had participated and had received the knowledge of maintaining good health with the help of this therapy.

A medical mobile van was dedicated in the services of the general public on Sunday, the 8th January 2017 at Haridham, Sokhada by the Head Sadhvi P. Suhradben (P. Premben) of Yogi Mahila Kendra. In order to reach/deliver free medical services and the required medicines for the poor/needy people right up to the remote/most backward area of interior Gujarat, this van was dedicated. On this occasion, the leading prominent female dignitaries from the political and social fields of Gujarat and Vododara along with nearly 5,000 ladies associated with Yogi Mahila Kendra were present.

The saintly sisters of Yogi Mahila Kendra, Sokhada, Vadodara for its Ahmedabad region (Suhrad Pradesh) P. Sagarben and P. Sahayogben and the regional elderly Mahila volunterrs had organized a Blood Donation Camp in “Atmiya Vidya Niketan” school, Nirnay Nagar, Ranip, Ahmedabad on Thursday, the 26th January 2017. The saintly sisters and the lady volunterrs and the girls from the institution had collected 51 units of blood in this camp organized with the cooperation from Gujarat Blood Bank, Ahmedabad.

Every year on the last Sunday of January, the vaccine drops are given to all the children below the age of 5 years to save/protect them against polio under the National Health Mission of the Govt. of India for extinction of Polio from the country. In the Polio Booth at the entrance of Haridham, Yogi Mahila Kendra had given vaccine drops to 160 children from surrounding villages between Sunday, the 29th Jan17 & 31st Jan 17 to save/protect them against polio to participate and cooperate in the Govt.’s polio extinction campaign.

With the cooperation from Yogi Mahila Kendra, a camp for diagnosis of all the diseases was organized on Sunday, the 5th Feb 2017 in Shree C.A. Patel Hospital at Mota Fofadiya , Tal. Shinor, Dist. Vadodara in which, totally 107 lady patients had got their medical checkup done with required treatments free of cost which included 57 consultancies for diseases related to women and 50 physician consultancies.
