An International Atmiya Mahila Adhivation, fully packed with cultural programs and items on National love, devotion towards Guru and God presenting ancient Indian culture and determination of women to develop them in their real life through their progress and development in their social & spiritual fields, was organized at Haridham, Sokhada on Saturday, the 3rd January 2015 in which, the Chief Minister of Gujarat State, Smt. Anandiben, Dr. Ranjanben Bhatt (MLA - Vadodara), Smt. Rakshaben Boriya (Mayor - Rajkot), Smt. Dakshaben Patel (Mayor - Bharuch), Smt. Jignaben Gadhavi (Dy. Collector - Rajkot), Smt. Since the year 2013, the 25th April is being observed as “World Malaria Day”. On account of this, an open general meeting was organized at 2 pm on Saturday, the 25th April 2015 in Harisumiran Hall, Gabheni by Gabheni Mandal of Sunrut Pradesh under Yogi Mahila Kendra to develop and spread awareness about this disease among the general public. Around 80 girls and women from the surrounding 5 villages like Gabheni, Jiyav, Bidiya, Dundi and Unn had participated in the meeting and obtained valuable guidance on the subject.
