A seminar on “Healthy Diet & Yoga” was organized by Yogi Mahila Kendra, Sokhada, Vadodara in the presence of its Head P. Suhrad (P. Premben) in Atmiya Dham Complex at Manjalpur on Sunday, the 18th Dec 2016 in which, Vadodara City’s renowned lady doctors Dr. Komal Chouhan (Diet Expert) and Smt. Alpaben Purani (Yoga Instructor) had guided the participants, nearly 600 ladies, on these subjects.

A practical demonstration to cure the pain in the spinal cord and on the knees through the physiotherapy treatment was made by Dr. Asmitaben Kharwa in the Assembly Hall of Sarvanaman Vidya Mandir at Bharuch on Sunday, the 18th Dec 2016 in a program organized by Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada in the presence of the regional sadhvi sisters P. Sahajben and P. Sarvajitben in which, around 115 ladies had participated and had received the knowledge of maintaining good health with the help of this therapy.

As a part of women empowering campaign, to spread the “Beti bachao.... Beti padhao.... “ movement, Yogi Mahila Kendra had organized a meeting for ladies in “Avsar”, Leuva Patidar Samaj Wadi, Surat in which, around 1700 ladies and girls from different parts of Surat had participated. In addition to the sadhvi sisters from Yogi Mahila Kendra, Smt. Darshiniben Kothiya (Pres. Women Front) and Smt. Ashviniben Thakur (the member of Beti Bachao.... Beti Padhao... movement) also remained present in this meeting to guide the women.

Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada and Jay Charities, Kandivali (East), Mumbai had, on account of “World AIDS Day”, the 1st Dec, jointly organized a seminar in Atmiya Welfare and Cultural Center, Kandivali (East) Mumbai on Saturday, the 17th Dec 2016 in which, more than 500 ladies from different areas of Mumbai had participated who were provided detailed information about AIDS to spread the awareness about this disease among them in this seminar in which, P.
