To develop self-consciousness among women under its “Women Awakening Campaign”, Yogi Mahila Kendra had, on Monday, the 26th December 2016, organized a shibir in Yogidham, Rajkot in which, around 300 ladies from different areas of Rajkot had participated and learnt the lessons of life building from the sadhvi sisters of Yogi Mahila Kendra where P. Sahajikben, P. Subodhben, other ladies and lady volunteers from the institution were present.
While explaining the importance of unity in the beginning of the shibir, Aparnaben had advised to be cooperative with each-other and talking about women empowerment, she had asked to work for the upliftment of other ladies for which, she called them upon to be in regular contact of sadhvi sisters and other volunteer sisters from Yogi Mahila Kendra who are constantly working for the progress of women through various activities like their education, skill development and others.
Speaking next, the regional sadhvi sister from Rajkot P. Sahajikben had advised all the ladies, whose children were studying, to give them the right culture and enough education. She said that, if the mother themselves are wasting their time after TV and fashions, their children also are bound to follow them so, as a woman, they should fulfill their duty of properly training their children first and said that, the chances/facilities that are available to ladies nowadays, were never available before and with them, the ladies are reaching the sky today with their skill, ability and courage so, we all should also try to progress with help from each-other and by helping other weaker ladies also to be self-reliant by helping them. In the shibir, all had got inspiration and guidance for progress. Kishoriben from Yogi Mahila Kendra, Rajkot was also present.
