Youth Activity at New Jersey
A competition in sports and dances for nearly 200 ladies in the age group of 14 to 40 years from America and Canada was organized in the afternoon on 19th July 2014 at “New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center” under the guidance of P. Sarveshwarben and P. Sahajikben.
In the beginning, all the participants were distributed in different batches and, different types of belts were tied on their wrists batch wise. Then, leaving aside and forgetting the results of the games, the victories or the defeats, everybody took part in the games with only the spirit of pure Atmiyata in and at their hearts. The kind God has gifted everyone with one or the other skill. With a view to encourage and to promote/develop this skill in everybody, a few other competitions in handicrafts like preparing necklaces, rosaries etc. also were arranged. The girls presented inspirational dances and infused entirely new and unique joy and zeal in the life of all. Even group discussions were also arranged to develop their individual personalities and to enable them to solve their personal problems through this. Thus, everybody got very valuable and useful guidance from P. Sarveshwarben and P. Sahjikben and experienced the pleasure of having come yet closer with a sense and feeling of Atmiyata.
