On 27th Feb 2016, Saturday, Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had organized at Avidha a program, “Seminar on Guidance for Examinations” for the students of std. 10th & 12th as to what precautions should they take before and during their examinations in which, around 52 girl students had got the information regarding exams.

On account of World Women’s Day, Yogi Mahila Kendra had organized its celebration on Thursday, the 3rd March 2016 at Atmiya Farm, Ved Road, Surat in the presence of institution’s sadhvi sisters P. Sarveshwarben, P. Saralben and other elderly sisters in which, nearly 200 ladies from different areas of Surat had participated.

Following the “World Cancer Day”, Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had organized on Friday, the 4th March 2016, a seminar at Simdhara Village of Zaghadiya Tal. to spread the awareness about cancer among the general public there. Around 25 ladies had participated in this seminar and collected knowledge about cancer.

On account of “World Women Day”, the 8th March, so that the women from village areas are alerted about their proper health and can get their health easily checked up from good/latest/modern hospitals, Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had, in cooperation with Solas Hospital of Vadodara, distributed on 6th March 2016 the cards among them for free check-up of their health with the said hospital and, the sadhvi sisters and the volunteers of the institution had distributed such cards to as many as 70 women .

The women’s self-awareness festival was celebrated on Sunday, the 6th March 2016 by Yogi Mahila Kendra on account of World Women’s Day in the presence of sadhvi Subodhben, Suyogben and Sangharshben in which, around 400 ladies and 80 children from Rajkot had participated.
