To pay tributes to 18 martyrs, the Indian soldiers, who had lost their lives in a recent terrorist attack on our army camp in Uri in Kashmir, Yogi Mahila Kendra had organized a candle march in Dabhoi on Sunday the 25th September 2016 in which, along with the women volunteers, ladies and girls associated with Yogi Mahila Kendra, nearly 250 ladies from Dabhoi city also had joined in remembering the martyrdom of our jawans by lighting candles and taking out a procession in the city.

Under their Women Awakening Campaign, the sadhvi sisters of Yogi Mahila Kendra had organized a meeting in “Avsar”, Leuva Patidar Samaj Wadi, Surat on Sunday, the 18th December 2016 in which, around 2000 ladies and girls from Surat and its surrounding areas had learnt the lessons of making their family life better and happier from the sadhvi sisters like P. Sarveshwarben, P. Sahajikben, P. Sagarben, P. Saralben, P. Smitalben, P. Smitben, P. Sadhuramben and other sisters from the institution.

To develop self-consciousness among women under its “Women Awakening Campaign”, Yogi Mahila Kendra had, on Tuesday, the 27th December 2016, organized a shibir in Jasdan in which, around 80 ladies from Jasdan had participated and learnt the lessons of life building from the sadhvi sisters of Yogi Mahila Kendra where P. Sarveshwarben, P. Sahajikben, P. Sahidben, P. Shyamcharanben and other ladies and lady volunteers from the institution were present.

Yogi Mahila Kendra had organized a shibir on Monday, the 26th December 2016 in Koli Bharthana village of Kamrej Taluka in Surat Zilla, as a part of their campaign for empowering women, in the presence of institution’s regional sadhvi sisters P. Sadhuramben, P. Sukanben and P. Shraddhaben in which, around 300 women from Koli Bharthana and its surrounding villages remained present.
