On account of “World Women’s Day”, Yogi Mahila Kendra had, with the help from Solas Hospital, organized a health check-up program/camp from 8th March to 31st March in Solas Hospital for the ladies from poor families in which, the consultations with physicians and gynecologists and services of reports for x-rays and ECG were done at a very nominal rates for which, the required cards were distributed in different areas of Vadodara by the institution’s sisters and lady volunteers on 7/3/2016.

In the presence of commissioner of Vadodara Mahanagarpalika Shri H.S. Patel Sir, Mayor Shri Bharatbhai Dangar Sir and the chairman of standing committee Smt. Jigishaben and the other dignitaries, an appreciation letter was awarded to “Yogi Mahila Kendra” and was honored on Tuesday, the 8th March 2016 for its sincere and respectable great work of Women Upliftment in the society in entire India. On this occasion, around 1300 citizens including a number of leading and renowned/respectable persons from political and social fields of Vododara were present.

A seminar on “Healthy Diet & Yoga” was organized by Yogi Mahila Kendra, Sokhada, Vadodara in the presence of its Head P. Suhrad (P. Premben) in Atmiya Dham Complex at Manjalpur on Sunday, the 18th Dec 2016 in which, Vadodara City’s renowned lady doctors Dr. Komal Chouhan (Diet Expert) and Smt. Alpaben Purani (Yoga Instructor) had guided the participants, nearly 600 ladies, on these subjects.

To celebrate the 68th republic day of India in a most memorable way, the lady volunteers, ladies and the girls, around 50 in all, from Yogi Mahila Kendra had advertised the motto, “Cleanliness only is the real patriotism” by cleaning the public roads surrounding Manavdharma Ashram and Avadhut Rly. crossing area in Manjalpur of Vadodara on Thursday, the 26th January 2017 and had spread the message of cleanliness to surrounding people.

Yogi Mahila Kendra had celebrated the 68th Republic Day of India in “Atmiya Sanskardham” at Manjalpur in Vadodara in the presence of its head sadhvi P. Suhrad (P. The CM of Gujarat Sri Vijaybhai Rupani had, at 6.45 am on Sunday, the 5th February 2017, flagged off 6th Vadodara International Marathon in which, nearly 40,000 gents, ladies and youths had participated. In this marathon organized by Vadodara Marathon Group for the propaganda of “Digital India through Cashless India” campaign, nearly 70 sisters from Yogi Mahila Kendra had also participated/supported.
