Personal care of Disabled and Old age people - 2016, Haridham
Nearly 32 handicaps and aged persons from “Asiana Care Home” institution, Gotri, Vadodara had visited Bhaktiashram, Haidham with their attendants/nurses on Saturday, the 31st December 2016. On their visit, the sadhvi sisters from Yogi Mahila Kendra had satisfied them by serving meals.
Asiana Care Home is an institution in Vadodara which looks after and takes care of handicaps and aged persons suffering from diseases like Schizophrenia, Alzheimer etc. and periodically takes them out on tours so that, they also can get pleasure of the world outside their complex and see the world but, congestion of people, traffic of vehicles and noise pollution may spoil the health of some of them so, considering all these, the managers of Asiana Home Care had selected a totally peaceful, away from uproar and beautiful place of Haridham complex as a best place for them.
All the handicaps were heartily welcomed by sadhvi sisters of Yogi Mahila Kendra and taken round in the entire complex to see the different departments there and then, all the elders were made to sit in the open ground of Bhaktiashram under the shade of trees where they all were served meals by institution’s head P. Suhrad (P. Premben) and P. Sahajikben, P. Sugneyben, P. Swadharmaben, P. Shilpeshben, P. Savaniyaben, P. Salokyaben, P. Shamakben and P. Shreejidarshanben.
After being fully satisfied with the meals and the services provided by the sadhvi sisters of the institution, all the elders had left the place and, at the end of this visit, the managers of Asiana Care Home and the other attendants had heartily thanked the sisters of Bhaktiashram.
