Every Indian citizen is doing his best to contribute his maximum possible share in the Clean India Campaign/Mission announced by the P.M. Sri Narendra Modi. Keeping this before the eyes, Yogi Mahila Kendra also had taken up in hand a campaign to clean entire Atmiya Vidya Dham on Sunday, the 5th July 2015 in which, at least 50 ladies had participated. At the end of the campaign, a meeting for the ladies was also arranged in which, around 300 women had taken oaths for cleanliness.

All the ladies participating in this campaign had, in the afternoon, collected the total waste from the entire vast campus of Atmiya Vidya Dham and separated it in 2 parts, plastic and other and both were reached right up to the dumping station in municipal vehicles. In the evening, between 6.00 pm & 8.00 pm a meeting of ladies was organized there only in which, talking about Clean India Campaign, P. Saujanyaben said/explained that, the purity/cleanliness of our internal world, meaning, the thoughts of our heart and mind, is also equally important as that of external world. Quoting the proverb “Charity begins at home”, P. Shreyasben said that, the beginning of cleanliness has to be done by all from their own homes—surroundings. Giving the related examples, P. Sarveshwarben said that, to protect/save ourselves from the diseases created by dirt also, the cleanliness is very essential around us.

At the end of the meeting, the saintly sisters made all the participants, around 300 ladies, coming from Anand, Umareth, Petlad, Vidyanagar, Kathlal, Kapadvanj, Sojitra, Anklav, Borsad, Mahudha, Khambhat, Tarapur and Thasara villages to take oaths of keeping and maintaining total cleanliness around them as a result of which they all vowed to always keep their houses and compounds neat and clean.

Jignashaben Patel (Councilor, Electric Dept.) also had specially attended the meeting .
