A seminar on “Healthy Diet & Yoga” was organized by Yogi Mahila Kendra, Sokhada, Vadodara in the presence of its Head P. Suhrad (P. Premben) in Atmiya Dham Complex at Manjalpur on Sunday, the 18th Dec 2016 in which, Vadodara City’s renowned lady doctors Dr. Komal Chouhan (Diet Expert) and Smt. Alpaben Purani (Yoga Instructor) had guided the participants, nearly 600 ladies, on these subjects.

The Yogi Mahila Kendra and Nizampura Mahial Mandal had organized a program of Prize Distribution on Saturday, the 15th Aug 2015 at Maruti Complex, Nizampura, Vadodara for the students of Std. of 11th & 12th, Science from GSEB who had secured more than 90 % marks in their Semester Exams in Mach 2015. Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had organized on Sunday, the 7th Feb 2016 at Mahalaxmi Party Plot, Manjalpur, Vadodara, a Cooking Competition among the 8 teams of ladies staying in different parts of Vadodara. Around 50 ladies and the girls had participated in the contest who had prepared different items and the same was watched by at least 450 citizens fond of variety of new tastes. The competition was inaugurated at the hands of P. Premben from Yogi Mahila Kendra and the winners were awarded prizes at the hands of P. Sarveshwarben to encourage the spirit of the participants.

On account of “World Women’s Day”, Yogi Mahila Kendra had, with the help from Solas Hospital, organized a health check-up program/camp from 8th March to 31st March in Solas Hospital for the ladies from poor families in which, the consultations with physicians and gynecologists and services of reports for x-rays and ECG were done at a very nominal rates for which, the required cards were distributed in different areas of Vadodara by the institution’s sisters and lady volunteers on 7/3/2016.
