Health Check Up - Card Distribution on International Women's Day - 2016, Padra
On account of “World Women Day”, the 8th March, so that the women from village areas are alerted about their proper health and can get their health easily checked up from good/latest/modern hospitals, Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had, in cooperation with Solas Hospital of Vadodara, distributed on 6th March 2016 the cards among them for free check-up of their health with the said hospital and, the sadhvi sisters and the volunteers of the institution had distributed such cards to as many as 70 women
The 8th March is being observed/celebrated as “World Women Day” every year in the entire world. With a noble intention of being helpful to the women of village areas, Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had, on this day, arousing self-consciousness among them, distributed among them the cards for free check-up of their health. Though, the responsibility of the society lies mainly with gents in India, excepting the cities, the women only carry this with them in most of the villages to look after the wellbeing and the maintenance of their families, resulting in their being unable to properly take care of and look after their own health due to which, it sometimes even so happens that, it is found to be too late to treat and cure their diseases when they are just noticed.
Keeping this fact/situation before the eyes, so that the awareness/self-consciousness is developed among such ladies, when a disease tries to enter the body of a lady or, as soon as it shows its initial symptoms, a proper diagnosis/check-up can be timely done, Yogi Mahila Kendra had distributed these cards for free check-up of their health at one of the leading hospitals in Vadodara, the Salas Hospital. The sadhvi sisters and the workers of the institution had distributed such cards to as many as 70 women.
