As a part of women empowerment campaign, to preserve the glory of elderly women in the families, 60 girls and ladies had, on account of mother’s worship day, worshiped their mothers and mothers in law and expressed their respects for them at “Atmiyadham”, at Danti on Tuesday, the 14th February 2017 in the presence of P. Sarveshvarben, P. Suyogiben, P. Saujanyaben, P. Sulabhben, P. Satyasankalpben and other sadhvi sisters from Yogi Mahila Kendra during a shibir organized for nearly 650 girls and ladies from Shrihari Pradesh and Sunrut Pradesh.

While speaking in the shibir, giving related examples, P. Sukhpalben had said that, a lady only can protect the glory of another lady. P. Sulabhben had advised the participants to have self-discipline in life style and in foods and to preserve the heritage of Indian culture while informing its importance too. Reminding of the “Beti bachao..... Beti padhao....” campaign, P. Santdasben had asked the participants to be helpful to other women in the society by acquiring proper/high education and being self-reliant in the life. Quoting the Sanskrit saying “Yatra naryastu pujayante.... Ramante tatra devata...”, P. Sukhvirben had explained it by saying that, for the right and proper/desired progress of a family, every lady in the house should be given her due respect.

In addition to speeches, a few woman oriented programs were also done in this shibir, like 60 girls and ladies had honoured their mothers and the mothers in law by giving them the shawls and the girls who had done well at their exams were awarded medals at the hands of P. Sarveshvarben and the other girls were encouraged to follow them.

The girls had enjoyed by playing different games in the shibir and at the end of it, all the ladies had also played ras-garba and took its pleasure.
