The medical mobile van dedicated for the free services of the public by Yogi Mahila Kendra on 8th January 2017 in the presence of many prominent women leaders by the Head of the institution P. Suhrad (P. Premben), Smt. Ranjanben Bhatt (MLA), Smt. Vasuben Trivedi and others ladies at Haridham, Sokhada was put in the public services at Netrang on Friday, the 20th January 2016. On this occasion, P. Sahjikben, P. Shukmuniben and other sadhvi sisters from Yogi Mahila Kendra along with Sri Vimalbhai Sodhani Sir, Smt. Pappuben Sodhani on behalf of Sodhani Foudation and around 400 residents of the surrounding villages were present.

In the beginning of the program, the lamp was lit jointly by P. Sahjikben, Smt. Pappuben Sodhani and Smt. Ritaben Vasava (Sirpach, Malsamot Gram Panchayat). Then, the Medical Mobile Van was inaugurated.

Although, Yogi Mahila Kendra does arrange at the regular intervals, the camps for women’s health care in the society, like awareness about the diseases, physiotherapy, guidance about the diets etc., this service was started to make available for the people, the medical services right up to them in the remote areas of the villages at their own door-steps on regular basis. While spreading widely the message and awareness about their health, beti bacao, and the prevention of abortion with the help of this mobile medical van, the medicines and the required guidance will also be provided to the poor patients and the pregnant women.

It may be declared here that, this van has been provided to provide medical services to the interior villages like Samarpada, Ghantoli, Pansar, Gajargota, Kolivada, Kutilpada, Sankdi Piplod, Mota Bhamra, Zaranawadi, Pangam, Khunta Amba, Rakhas and Kundi in addition to Netrang and its surrounding areas.

On this occasion, Sri Vimalbhai Sodhani Sir, the president of “The Sodhani Foundation” said that, while I have got an opportunity, whatever little, to serve the poor brothers of my country, I feel happy and thankful to entrust this Medical Mobile van to the serviceable sadhvi sisters and the volunteers of Yogi Mahila Kendra because they have helped/assisted me in reaching my feelings right up to the needy villagers.
