Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had, on account of “World AIDS Day”, the 1st Dec, organized a seminar in Atmiya Sanskar Kendra of Joshipura area in Junagadh on Thursday, the 29th Dec 2016 to spread the information about AIDS among the ladies in which, around 40 ladies from Joshipura and surrounding areas had participated.

Since the year 2013, the 25th April is being observed as “World Malaria Day”. On account of this, an open general meeting was organized at 2 pm on Saturday, the 25th April 2015 in Harisumiran Hall, Gabheni by Gabheni Mandal of Sunrut Pradesh under Yogi Mahila Kendra to develop and spread awareness about this disease among the general public. Around 80 girls and women from the surrounding 5 villages like Gabheni, Jiyav, Bidiya, Dundi and Unn had participated in the meeting and obtained valuable guidance on the subject.

On Sunday, the 21st June 2015, between 7.00 am & 8.30 am in the morning, Yogi Mahila Kendra had organized the celebration of International Yoga Day in Yogi Prarthana (Prayer) Hall, Haridham in which, around 150 sadhak sisters from Haridham as well as around 30 girls from Vadodara had participated and all had received the preliminary training of Suryanamaskars, Asanas and Pranayams and had received the knowledge about basic principles of maintaining good health from the experienced and expert lady in Yogas P. The thousands of women who came from entire India and abroad received, the very rare, useful and the most valuable material for building their life on the basis of qualities like selfless service, self-discipline, atmiyata, ego-lessness and dasatva which are useful and basically required for living a tension free, peaceful and happy life, by attending Atmiya Yuva Mahotsav celebrated at Haridham, Sokhada during 31st December 2014 to 3rd January 2015. During this entire celebration, the gigantic and the Himalayan task of looking after wellbeing – medical services to all the female visitors, was most appropriately and successfully carried out by the medical and para medical staff coming from and provided by the renowned hospitals in Vadodara and from the social medical institutions of nearby towns and cities associated solidly by the unbreakable bonds of Atmiyata with Yogi Mahila Kendra and they all provided their services throughout the day—for 24 hours—without looking at the day or night.

A medical mobile van was dedicated in the services of the general public on Sunday, the 8th January 2017 at Haridham, Sokhada by the Head Sadhvi P. Suhradben (P. Premben) of Yogi Mahila Kendra. In order to reach/deliver free medical services and the required medicines for the poor/needy people right up to the remote/most backward area of interior Gujarat, this van was dedicated. On this occasion, the leading prominent female dignitaries from the political and social fields of Gujarat and Vododara along with nearly 5,000 ladies associated with Yogi Mahila Kendra were present.
