On account of “World Women’s Day”, Yogi Mahila Kendra had, with the help from Sunshine Global Hospital, Surat, organized a health check-up program/camp for the ladies from poor families in which, the consultations with physicians and gynecologists and services of reports for x-rays and ECG were done at a very nominal rates for which, the required cards were distributed by the institution’s lady workers on 10/3/2016 by going door to door in Adajan region.

The people from entire nation have come to Surat and stayed there permanently for their family’s livelihood with jobs in diamond and cloth industries and, they fall under the below poverty line and can’t afford to go for frequent health check-ups. Considering this fact, Yogi Mahila Kendra had organized for the health check-up of ladies from such families by expert doctors at very nominal rates in Sunshine Hospital with the assistance from them for which, the necessary cards were distributed.

With this, identifying the serious diseases like T.B., Asthma, Heart Disease and connected with gold bladder in their initial stage and treating them from the beginning can prevent them from increasing and, this makes their treatments also easy and cheap while helping in saving the life of patient too.

For this, the volunteers from Yogi Mahila Kendra had distributed cards in entire Surat city while, the workers from Adajan had distributed these cards to the needy/deserving ladies in Adajan area by going door to door there when, all the recipient ladies had heartily and highly appreciated this service and said that, we all will surely take the advantage of this opportunity if, such costly tests are done so cheaply.
