To develop self-consciousness among women under its “Women Awakening Campaign”, Yogi Mahila Kendra had, on Tuesday, the 27th December 2016, organized a shibir in Jasdan in which, around 80 ladies from Jasdan had participated and learnt the lessons of life building from the sadhvi sisters of Yogi Mahila Kendra where P. The lady Volunteers and girls from Yogi Mahila Kendra, Haridham, Sokhada had taken up a campaign of cleaning up the river sides of Tapi River at Moti Ved, in Surat on Sunday, the 1st January 2017. In this program organized under “Clean India Campaign”, 2 trucks full of rubbish was cleared from the sides of the river considered to be the Lifeline of Surat City and, nearly 50 ladies had joined in this project.
